What has you salary progression been in your career?

About two years ago, I asked this question and found it to be quite helpful in determining what I should be worth. I also think it would benefit others who work in the industry.

I will get started now. Kindly mention the state.

(The Sunshine State)

Year 1: $35k for a digital marketing expert

Second year: 45k for a performance marketing strategist

Fourth year: currently a 75k digital marketing strategist

If there’s one thing I have learned, it’s to never underestimate your worth and to not feel guilty about approaching coworkers about money. As it turned out, I was underpaid in my second role—the new man was making 65k, while I was only making 45k—which led me to switch to a 75k job.
