Hi everyone! I manage social media for about 10 clients, and they sometimes ask for updates through WhatsApp. I’m looking for a platform where I can upload content along with captions so my clients can view and comment on them. I’ve been looking at a lot of options, but the cost increases with the number of clients and posts. The currency exchange rate is also a problem for me since I’m not based in the US. I only use Facebook and Instagram and post around 2-3 times a week for each client. Any advice or platform recommendations would be really helpful. Thanks in advance!
I think Trello and Google Slides are both great for managing social content.

Thanks for the suggestion! I’ll definitely check out both options.
Hi! You could try Trello or Notion. With Trello, you can set up boards for each client and let them comment on the posts. Notion offers similar features with customizable layouts. Both have free plans too.

Thanks for the info! I’ll look into them shortly.

Really appreciate it, thank you!
You could build a website for yourself that does exactly what you’re looking for. I’m a full-stack developer, and this would be an easy project to put together.
If your business is growing and you need more advanced tools, it’s okay to charge your clients a bit more to reflect that. Also, you could look into tools that work with spreadsheets. They can help you quickly view all your content, leave notes, and even upload everything in bulk.
Sprout Social is great for managing content and getting approval from clients. It might be pricey, but you can factor that into the fees you charge. If you’re looking for something simpler, try using a Google Sheet to manage your content calendar and have clients leave comments there.
