Anyone here do marketing for home improvement / home service companies?

Just a quick question,

Has there been a problem with the contractors following up with the leads promptly enough to schedule the appointment?

Yes, you can provide calls and lead forms all day, but if they don’t answer or return calls quickly, they won’t get to work.

Usually, you’re capturing someone who needs a service but hasn’t chosen a provider yet. They have zero loyalty and need the job done. The most responsive and capable-provider will probably get the job. Price is often secondary to responsiveness for these prospects.

To avoid this, ensure they get a high volume of leads. It makes your job easier to say, “I’m flooding your phones; not answering them isn’t my problem.” It’s much harder if you only have a few leads that month.
