I am interested in pursuing a career change into digital marketing, thus I am wondering if bootcamps are worth it. Are they truly worth the money, particularly when contrasted with conventional college degrees? I am wondering if the advantages—such as practical experience and networking opportunities—outweigh the disadvantages, given the high price and potential restrictions associated with specialised training. Does anyone here have any experience from attending a bootcamp focused on digital marketing?
I participated in a digital marketing bootcamp because the promise of current practical training attracted my interest. While the skills and techniques I gained were current and relevant, I quickly recognized several drawbacks. The bootcamp was fairly pricey and I discovered that not all programs provide equal value. In my situation, conducting much study ahead would have been advantageous. If you’re thinking about going this route, make sure you find a respected school to make your investment worthwhile.
I believe it provided me a solid start because I completed the Google Digital Marketing and E-Commerce Coursera certification. I’m constructing a portfolio for three clients right now, so I didn’t get hired, but I’m honestly making about what I would if I went out and got a job. Even though I feel like I’m still learning a lot, I’m glad I chose this route! Having anything handy is wonderful. took me roughly two months to finish.
