Nope account still suspended. I was ignored by support for 2 months. Since then all I have heard is: “your account was and still is in violation of our Google Ads policies”. Like could you be less helpful!! How can I fix the issue if I don’t even know what policy I am violating?
I’ve been through this too. My credit card was linked to another Gmail account, and my account got suspended for a couple of years. They eventually set up an appeal process because this happens so often, it’s a total catch-22 since you can’t get support while your account is suspended. I’m not sure how to find that appeal process now since it was a while ago, but after that experience, I just stopped using it. Why bother after such a lack of respect?
They’re terrible. My favorite part was when “an account specialist” would call and have you change things on your account, which ended up ruining its performance.
This is a last resort, but it always works. Go on Fiverr, search for Google suspension, and hire a freelancer who deals with this often. My entire Merchant Center and Ads accounts got hit with three big violations, and nobody could fix them or even explain what they meant. My whole business and website were completely dead for 48 hours. I paid $40 plus a tip (optional) after the job was done, and all my issues were resolved in 24 hours. Most of the freelancers are based in India, and I was amazed at how quickly they handled it. This freelancer even pointed out some mistakes and fixed them for me. I ended up giving him a tip that was five times his asking price, and it was still a great deal in my opinion.
