What does full engagement mean to you?
To me, it’s clients being honest and open—sharing their goals, changes, budgets, and feedback. When they’re transparent, it builds trust.
Does that include sharing photos or stories for marketing?
It’s more about sharing their objectives, what success looks like to them, who the stakeholders are, and their team dynamics. This helps create a true partnership.
