A little bit of backstory: We run a service business and recently moved our office. We’ve been trying to get Google to update our address, even submitting videos of our new space, but the change was never approved.
We decided to try Yext, hoping it would sync the information. Unfortunately, one day after attempting the sync, our Google Business listing was suspended for “deceptive content.” We weren’t given any context on what we did wrong.
This is severely impacting our business since most of our phone traffic comes from Google. We appealed the suspension a week ago, but we haven’t heard anything back.
Is there any way I can get help from someone at Google or Yext?
